Dividend: The directors have resolved to recommend to shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting, a final divivdent for the year ended 31 December 2018 of Ushs 1.9 per share. The annual general meeting will be held on 30 May 2019. The book closure date will be on 30 May 2019 with respect to entitlement to this divident which will be paid by 01 July 2019.
