The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 26 November 2020 at 2:00pm by virtual technology. NOTICE of the AGM will be published in the New Vision newspaper on 29 October 2020 and uploaded onto the company website: http://Visiongroup.co.ug/shareholders/. The Annual Report will be circulated by 3 November 2020.
Dividends : The Directors are pleased to propose a final dividend of Shs 18 per ordinary share. The dividends, less withholding tax where applicable, will be paid on or before 23 January 2021 to members on the share register at close of business on 2 January 2021.
