Bank of Baroda (Uganda) Limited (‘‘the Company’’) announces the retirement of Mr. Odoch Charles Langoya with eect from 9th January 2025. This follows the completion of his tenure as an Independent Non-Executive Director/Chairperson on the Bank’s Board of Directors.
